Baltimore Abates $55,000 Bill Issued to Iceman Films for City's Filming Costs

The company that produced John Waters' 2000 movie Cecil B. Demented is off the hook for more than $55,000 owed to Baltimore for services the city provided during filming.

The city Board of Estimates yesterday abated an invoice for $55,393.14 issued to Iceman Films Inc., which city officials said owed money for police, transportation and cleanup costs the city incurred to assist filming.
