The nonprofit organization behind "Junior Achievement" has filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against a Prince George's County lawyer and her sports marketing company, which uses "Junior Achievers" as a shorthand name for its own charitable foundation.
JA Worldwide, the Colorado-based operation whose volunteers teach millions of students about entrepreneurship each year in more than 100 countries, claims it learned of Juli W.
