On a sweltering Tuesday morning, there was no better atmosphere for the unveiling of brand new solar panels at the Woodland Job Corps Center in Laurel.
With the sun beating down mercilessly on the crowd, protected only by a large yellow tent, three large solar panels were on display, built by 16- to 24-year-olds who were trained by the Independent Electrical Contractors Chesapeake chapter.See the full content of this document
