A driver who racked up more than $5,000 in repair costs after being in an accident in a rental car can continue his federal lawsuit against the collections agency he claims has been harassing him, a federal judge in Baltimore has said.

U.S. District Judge Richard D. Bennett dismissed just part of the 10-count amended complaint Kiran Akalwadi brought against Risk Management Alternatives Inc., finding none of the evidence to be one- sided enough to grant summary judgment in favor of either party.
