Summary


The Court of Special Appeals has rejected most of prison guard- killer Brandon T. Morris' challenges to his conviction and sentence.

Morris was convicted of fatally shooting Office Jeffery Wroten in 2007 while Wroten guarded him at Washington County Hospital, escaping from the hospital, trying to rob a bystander, hijacking a cab and robbing the driver.
