Summary


A 21-year-old man who was injured in a car accident while living with his grandmother was not covered under his parents' uninsured/ underinsured motorist policy, the Court of Appeals has held.

Neither state law nor his parents' policy with the Erie Insurance Group required that Richard A. Mundey receive coverage for the January 2002 collision, the court stated.
