During the past year, the Baltimore region experienced an accelerating surge of activity toward increasing the number of bioscience companies and improving the entrepreneurial climate here - top strategic objectives of the Greater Baltimore Committee and advocates for bioscience industry growth in the region.
When fully developed, research parks near the University of Maryland Baltimore (UMB), Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions and the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) together could generate more than 9,000 jobs in the region, according to estimates.See the full content of this document
