Supporters and opponents of a proposed Glen Arm creamery gave what amounted to their closing arguments Tuesday to the Baltimore County Council.

Six residents spoke quietly but firmly during the County Council's work session, the last chance for public comment on a zoning law change that would allow creameries in a rural conservation zone. Unlike during last month's raucous public hearing, the four supporters and two opponents were greeted with silence, as the council members did not ask any questions.
