A new research partnership has blossomed for the University of Maryland, Baltimore with Pennsylvania-based biotech Acceptys Inc. - the latest deal sprung from the multimillion-dollar BioPark the university is building near its West Baltimore campus.
Acceptys, which focuses on the use of human antibodies in the treatment and prevention of disease, has inked a one-year agreement with the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the university's medical school, funded in part by a $100,000 state grant to the school.See the full content of this document
