A state spending panel ruled Wednesday that Maryland will not pay a $60,000 settlement reached in a lawsuit filed by the community organizing group ACORN.
The decision will send back to court the fight over fees for American Civil Liberties Union lawyers who represented the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now in the case.See the full content of this document
