A familial dispute over commercial property in Essex is headed back to Baltimore County Circuit Court for a third time, as the Court of Special Appeals held that one of the cousins was wrongly denied a broker's lien on the property.

Dale A. Cooter, the attorney for Joseph Gimbel and the cousins who refused to pay a leasing commission for the property, said he was disappointed in the result and that the opinion will complicate broker's lien cases in the future.
