An Eastern Shore man sentenced to 55 years in prison for his alleged role in a carjacking and robbery in Dorchester County had his convictions reversed by the Court of Special Appeals yesterday.
The appeals court held in a 2-1 split decision that Wilson Embro Stewart Jr.'s videotaped confession was improperly induced by detectives and should not have been admissible at his August 2003 trial.See the full content of this document
