Former U.S. Foodservice marketing chief Mark P. Kaiser, who was sentenced this month for securities fraud, has agreed to a $352,329 judgment in a fraud lawsuit brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Without admitting or denying any of the SEC's allegations against him, Kaiser agreed to the settlement in U.S. District Court in Baltimore on Dec. 13, court records show. The judgment was deemed satisfied since Kaiser had forfeited the money during the related criminal trial against him in New York.
