Except for the language posted on advertisements and buildings throughout the city, one could easily mistake Tallinn for an American city. Many of the buildings are modern. Familiar U.S. hotel brands, Radisson and Best Western, also can be found. People walk confidently down the streets in fashionable, modern clothes.
