Defying the wishes of the O'Malley administration, Gov. Robert L. Ehrlich Jr. yesterday announced the state will spend as much as $4 million to build a new cruise ship terminal in South Baltimore's Locust Point. Mayor Martin O'Malley wanted the facility to be built in Canton.
The terminal, which will replace the Dundalk site, is slated to open in 2006.See the full content of this document
