President Barack Obama has moved to fill two vacancies on Maryland's 10-judge federal bench. Obama nominated Maryland Court of Special Appeals Judge Ellen L. Hollander and U.S. Magistrate Judge James K. Bredar to fill vacancies at the federal courthouse in Baltimore.
