Although he spoke throughout the interview in a candid way that is relatively uncommon in politics today, O'Malley reserved his most pointed comments for the budget debate - or lack thereof - going on in Annapolis.
I'm not opposed - to seeing racing continue in our state by allowing them to have the same tools of competition that other jurisdictions have, O'Malley said.
