An entity that bid $37.5 million for a former military airplane factory in Baltimore County has been officially awarded a contract to buy the 50-acre property, although the identities of the people behind the purchaser are still being kept secret.
The U.S. General Services Administration, which has owned Middle River Station since 1964, said Friday the contract has been given to a group called "Middle River Station Development LLC of Baltimore, Maryland."See the full content of this document
