Keswick Withdraws From Baltimore Country Club Deal

Keswick Multi-Care Center, a Baltimore-based nonprofit that was seeking to build a $195 million eldercare facility on 17 acres of green space in Roland Park, has withdrawn its bid for the land after public support for a controversial zoning change fell through.

Libby Bowerman, Keswick's CEO, said Friday that the contract of sale with Baltimore Country Club was terminated this week.
