Ann K. Hearn of Baltimore claims she discovered a set of dentures in a pasta and chicken entree she was eating at The Cheesecake Factory at Baltimore's Inner Harbor in June 2003. She filed a $75,000 legal action in Baltimore City Circuit Court against The Cheesecake Factory Restaurants Inc. of Calabasas, Calif. and the unknown employee who allegedly lost the dental prosthesis, and has asked the court to order the eatery to provide her the name and medical history of the purported employee.See the full content of this document
