The Court of Appeals has reversed the convictions of a man after finding the acting administrative judge failed to properly find waiver of counsel under Maryland Rule 4-215.
George W. Sloan was convicted by a jury in Montgomery County Circuit Court of second-degree assault and resisting arrest in 2005.
