Maryland's top court has ruled in favor of the Attorney Grievance Commission, disbarring one lawyer for the unauthorized practice of law in the state and another for acting without client approval.
The Court of Appeals ruled on Jan. 25 that Sirina Sucklal, although a lawyer, was not a member of the Maryland Bar when she took on clients in the state and also held that she charged unreasonable fees.See the full content of this document
