Conti Fenn & Lawrence, of Baltimore, has added two associates. Eric D. Massof, who concentrates his practice in civil litigation, is a graduate of the University of Baltimore, where he was an editor of the UB Law Review. He clerked for Judge John M. Glynn of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Hannah Kon also concentrates in civil litigation. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where she was an editor of the Maryland Law Review.

Michael D. Herman is to join the Law Offices of Alexander & Cleaver, of Annapolis, in early December. For the past seven years he had served as Chief of Staff to Prince George's County Executive Jack Johnson. He served as an assistant state's attorney for eight years. His new duties will include providing strategy and assistance to government problem-solving, providing advice on procurement and business solutions to clients with government issues, and assisting the firm in representing municipalities throughout the state.
