Summary


Catharine B. Rommel has been named director of outreach and student evaluation by Jemicy School, of Owings Mills. Rommel will be responsible for outreach and also testing, evaluating, and providing curriculum recommendations for all new Jemicy Lower and Middle School students. She has a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Loyola University Maryland and a master's degree of education in school improvement and leadership from Goucher College. Rommel provides independent teacher training for organizations including Baltimore's Literacy Academy and internal Jemicy workshops. She is a past president of the Maryland branch of the International Dyslexia Association.

AccountingCynthia W. Taylor has been promoted to supervisor in the audit, accounting, and consulting department of Ellin & Tucker. Taylor's major responsibilities include assisting on audits and reviews of financial statements for privately held businesses and not-for-profit organizations.
