Family members of a man who died suddenly after undergoing what appeared to be a successful operation have sued Howard County General Hospital, alleging that a nurse caused his death when she injected him in the arm with a solution intended to flush his bladder.
James M. Wall Sr., 77, was a retired State Farm insurance agent who was admitted to the hospital on Sept. 12, 2003, for an operation to repair a blockage in his urinary tract.See the full content of this document
