Monarch Services Inc. is on the brink of extinction.
In a quarterly filing Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Baltimore-based company said it had divested itself of all its business. After selling its Girls' Life magazine in August and closing down Peerce's Plantation restaurant in June, Monarch said it "did not operate in any industry segment" during the first quarter of 2007.See the full content of this document
