The manager of an Owings Mills apartment complex has reached a $13,000 settlement with two former tenants who alleged that their unit was ransacked while prematurely being readied for a new tenant before their lease expired.
Home Properties of New York L.P. and Maureen and Jeffrey Evich came to an agreement the day their trial was to begin in Baltimore County Circuit Court. In addition to paying for the property damage, Home Properties will send a letter of apology to the Eviches.See the full content of this document
