Giant-Shell Oil deal

Giant Food LLC of Landover said it has teamed up with Shell Oil Co. to provide Giant customers with savings on gasoline. Beginning Friday, Giant and Shell customers in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas will be able to save on fuel at participating Shell stations by using their Giant cards. Giant customers will accrue Giant Gas Rewards points when they shop at the supermarket chain. For every 100 points earned, customers can save 10 cents per gallon instantly at more than 400 participating Shell stations, up to 35 gallons per purchase, by swiping their Giant card or manually entering their card number at the pump.
