A dredging contractor has filed suit in federal court against the widow of a fisherman who died after his commercial fishing boat collided with one of the contractor's tugboats in January.
Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Co. claims Vernon Lee Jordan Sr. failed to operate his boat according to maritime standards and that he was intoxicated when the accident occurred near Francis Scott Key Bridge in the Patapsco River.See the full content of this document
