Tax attorney disbarred
A well-regarded tax attorney who repeatedly used clients' money to cover his business expenses and then lied about it to the Attorney Grievance Commission has been disbarred. Jerold K. Nussbaum, 55, argued for an indefinite suspension, but a unanimous Court of Appeals held that his disbarment is essential to protect the public. Discussing the court's decision to disbar Nussbaum, Judge Lynne A.
